EKA Knives have been manufactured with extreme care and precision, using high quality steel and first class materials, and have been subjected to the most rigorous quality control. EKA guarantees to the original purchaser only that the knives left our factory in perfect working condition and are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What is covered by the warranty? 
Any EKA knife that becomes defective due to a manufacturing or material fault, it will be repaired or replaced by a new knife.

What is not covered by the warranty? 
Any defect due to negligent or unreasonable use, failure to perform reasonable maintenance, damage caused by misuse or accident, broken knife tips, discolorations from use or rust spots are not covered.

How to claim a warranty case? 
First, send us an e-mail to info@eka-knivar.se describing what is wrong with your knife, and write your full name, address, telephone number, attach digital photos of your knife, and a digital copy of your proof of purchase. Do not send your defected knife unless we ask for in our reply to your email.

Return Policy in case we asked for 
The knife returned for guarantee consideration is of the sender’s responsibility to cover the postage fee. Before you ship your knife, please make sure you have cleaned it thoroughly, removing all traces of game remains. If you are sending a fixed blade knife please place it in the sheath and no need to send the gift box.

Precautions 
The knife is sharp so please use it with caution and keep it out of the children’s reach. Never use your knife blade as an axe, chisel, punch, pry bar or screwdriver. Clean your knife after each use, dry it well, oil it with any natural oil and store it in a dry place. Be sure to keep a copy of your Proof of Purchase.
